Why I started working on it
Property journeys are often split between listings, email, spreadsheets, payment tools, messaging and maintenance records. People need a clearer path from finding a property to managing what happens next.
What it does
I’ve put together a property app you can click through, from searching for a place to applying and managing what comes next. There are separate views for tenants, owners and service teams.
Where it is today
You can explore property searches, saved homes, application drafts and a management workspace. The listings and people in the demo are examples, so treat them as a way to understand the idea rather than places currently available to rent.
What I’m working on next
Before this could be used by a property business, it would need real property data and connections for identity checks, payments, messages and agreements. I’d like to start by testing one part of the journey with people who manage rentals.

Curious about how it was built?
A React and TypeScript application with route-based property, account and workspace experiences. Draft persistence uses server-side identity checks, validation, origin validation and prepared database queries.
