Property journeys are often split between listings, email, spreadsheets, payment tools, messaging and maintenance records. People need a clearer path from finding a property to managing what happens next.
What was built
A 58-route React and TypeScript property application covering rental, purchase and short-stay discovery, property passports, viewing/application/offer drafts, services and a broad management workspace.
What works now
The application can be explored as a working demonstration. It includes illustrative listings, property and tenant workflows, account-owned draft persistence, a management workspace, tenant passport, saved homes, analytics export and a clearly labelled assistant.
Demo & integration boundaries
Identity, payments, screening, ID verification, e-signatures, delivered messaging, document uploads, insurance/finance products, scheduled automation and model-powered AI still require production integrations. Records, people, ratings and financial totals shown in the demo are illustrative.
