Enquiries

We collect your name, email, selected enquiry type and message to review and respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are accessible to the portal administrator and are removed after 90 days when the inbox or enquiry service is used. The administrator can delete them sooner.

Investor access and signing

The self-hosted portal verifies your approved account and manages a revocable server-side session. The portal stores your invited email, name, organisation, access expiry, and revocation status. Signing records include your account email, typed name, organisation, consent statement, timestamp and an immutable copy and hash of the agreement.

Agreement records and access audit events remain stored to evidence the confidentiality process until the administrator applies an agreed retention policy. The operational retention schedule and responsible business contact must be confirmed before public launch. No identity numbers, home addresses or drawn signatures are requested.

Protected materials

Decks are kept in private file storage. Access requires an active invitation and signature on the current agreement. Document and demo access events are recorded. Demo platforms operate their own authentication and privacy practices. Downloaded documents and links already opened cannot be recalled by this site.

Service providers and security

The application uses self-hosted container infrastructure, a private PostgreSQL database and a private server-side document directory. Hosting providers process data according to their own terms and may involve processing outside South Africa. The deployment owner must confirm the applicable arrangements before production use.

Optional Google Analytics is disabled until you allow it through Analytics preferences. It measures only public enquiry and product-link actions, without form content, query strings, account information or investor activity. You can withdraw consent through the same control. Advertising features are disabled. A temporary hash derived from the request IP and hourly period is used to limit abuse; rate-limit records expire after an hour and are removed on subsequent API activity.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the professional enquiry form or contact the person who invited you to request access, correction, deletion or information about retention. Agreement evidence may need to be retained to resolve an existing confidentiality matter.
