I like making technology work for people.
I’m Amrish, a technologist and business owner in Johannesburg. I’ve spent much of my career helping people solve practical problems with the tools they have, then building better tools where the old ones fall short.
What keeps me interested
I enjoy the point where a messy, everyday problem becomes clearer: what is getting in the way, who needs to be involved, and what would make the next step easier. Sometimes that calls for software. Often it starts with listening and sorting out the process.
CloudMonkey is where I bring together my work in business technology, cloud and software. HumbleMind AI Labs is for building products with people who have ideas worth exploring. Geek247 helps households and small businesses with their day-to-day technology needs.
PickItUp is a transport and services venture. 4 The Paws is a cause I care about beyond work. They each have their own purpose and people behind them.

I wanted one place to show what I’m involved in, what is still taking shape, and where I could use a good conversation. If something here sounds familiar to you, please get in touch.
